This policy covers only the website transfernest.com and its contact form. The platform transfernest.app, the mobile apps and the data of the companies that use them are covered by the platform privacy policy.

2. When you visit the website
- We use no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. See the cookie policy.
- Fonts are hosted on our own servers. Nothing is loaded from Google or other third parties for statistics.
- The servers (Hostinger) and Cloudflare log technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser and time, for security and operation. These are kept for a short time, as set by the providers.
3. When you write to us through the contact form
- What we keep: name, company, email, phone (optional), fleet size, what you are interested in, your message, the language and the page you wrote from.
- Security: Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from bots. To stop mass submissions we keep a hashed fingerprint of your IP address, not the address itself.
- Why: to answer you and show you TransferNest, as you asked. Legal basis: steps before a possible contract, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in keeping the form secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- We do not send you advertising or newsletters without your consent.
- How long: up to 24 months from submission, then deleted automatically. If you become a customer, the platform privacy policy applies.
4. Who sees it
We do not sell personal data. Only the TransferNest team sees what you write. These providers process it on our behalf:

5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to [email protected]. We answer within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority: dpa.gr, Kifisias 1-3, 115 23 Athens.
6. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will show it.
